I when I purchased my unit online it made it seem way until I got to the actual unit. I was told a free lock would be included with my purchase of the unit. I did not receive my free lock and my storage is left unlocked bc I was counting on u-haul to keep up their end of the bargain. I was extremely let downn overall if I’m being honest.

They do not honor the customer. I have used your services for many many years and it gets worst every year. The company doesn’t care about the customer they care about the DOLLAR. I was very disappointed and I pray that in the future I do not have to use your services.
