While I agree that at least one employee that knows the computer system well be available, the staff should have a better working knowledge of it in absence of said supervisor.

Tihui S | Online Move InI only moved due to cost. I found a storage unit equal in size and drive up accessibility offering one free month and a monthly charge of $67 vs $169. This is a significant difference. I called the Uhaul office to see if they could lower my rental price and they were not able or willing to lower it so I moved so that I can save hundreds of dollars. Thanks!

December 2, 24, received a call from an unknown rude nasty female representative threating me that she was sending my account to collections after I explained I vacated storage unit prior to end of month.

I have photos to show the negligent and inappropriate attempt to fix the issue. I am requesting restitution for this sofa.
