The facility itself was fine but the family that runs it is very unprofessional. When I leased the unit the manager was being horrible to her employee who I finally figured out is her son. On an occasion while renting a truck to move my stuff, the son was working and trying to multitask which led it taking longer for my transaction but the part that was super unprofessional was the other party he was helping at the same time were young guys renting a car trailer and the son of the manager was talking about being high and smoking weed the entire time. Not only did it take forever but he was completely unprofessional.

She explained the contract thoroughly and then walked to the unit (picking up trash along the way) and made sure I was satisfied with the unit. She provided the best customer service you would want.
