The General Manager of the facility, Patricia Lluveras, was professional and engaging. She explained the contract thoroughly and then walked to the unit (picking up trash along the way) and made sure I was satisfied with the unit. She provided the best customer service you would want.

LUANN B | Overall ExperienceManagement is rude, proactive, and needs training on how to work with customers. Escalation u haul with a tendency to hold grudges when you first check in. They may revoke access and move out immediately based on how they think about you. If you don't provide customer skills to them and not the other way around goo luck on keeping a unit. Unprofessional, unhappy, grudge holding, and very annoyed is how I can describe this unfortunate location. Would not recommend the facility solely due to employees that have a short fuse with customers. Not skilled in just getting people checked in and they get hung up on if you seem "rude" to them based on one person's judgements. Will not be back and submitting a formal complaint which I will follow up on.
