I even called to reserve a truck to empty my storage... Reservation went well until I drove 25 miles to go get truck, only to basically be laughed at and told they had no trucks to rent!! Ridiculous in my opinion. Then theye you non stop until you leave them a review. I'll never use u haul for anything again in this life. Completely I'm professional, then they cut the lock off of the unit and installed their own because I was a month behind. I payed the bill and was told that I had to wait till tomorrow to get my stuff, because they didn't know the code to lock that had been placed on my locker!!! Huge freaking joke for a company, I think they just wanted to go through my stuff. Why else did they cut my lock off? That destroyed my property!! And it was a 15 dollar lock.

When I returned with my second run, I was locked out!!!The only point of contact via text messaging is Lea and it was explained to me at Preston Hwy that she was out on a non-vacation emergency. (502)434-1373 I texted the number it said on the key panel. Hopefully, I can reach a U-Haul representative to help me access the storage unit 7/26/25.
Nicole C | First ImpressionsWhen I rented this unit there were staff in the office. A while into our renting there the office was closed without any notice to me. I picked this location partly bc there was staff there if I needed them. I would not recommend bc of no staff. Also the rent went up several times and that was disappointing especially since my rent was no longer going to pay staff.
