I only had 2 boxes and a fan in my unit but o had to throw away my stuff Saturday the 11th i was at my storage unit 251 with a attendant and we both witnessed roaches infested units she told me the roaches was everywhere

The uhaul staff at the Preston hwy location were not only friendly and professional. But extremely helpful, and understanding. Firm but more than fair. I appreciate the entire staff.

(502)434-1373 I texted the number it said on the key panel. Hopefully, I can reach a U-Haul representative to help me access the storage unit 7/26/25.

I picked this location partly bc there was staff there if I needed them. I would not recommend bc of no staff. Also the rent went up several times and that was disappointing especially since my rent was no longer going to pay staff.

It's not right and then I was evicted because my door was too low but I was changing my clothes. I don't recommend anyone to uhaul
jaine d | Overall ExperienceMy unit was immediately broken into and belongings stolen because there was no security. I filed a claim and the owner denied it. Then spent a fortune securing the entire facility. Fences, cameras, lights, etc… It had none and the gate was pried open for months. As well as just hopping the fence, next to a casino. The ladies who clean the facility say they have to call people all the time whose things are stolen. Its an illegal, shady racket you'll need a lawyer to rent a unit. Stay away. I intentionally chose a name brand facility for s3curity and had $40k worth of irreplaceable items taken forever.
