Online email was had no link. Signed in online after already having reservation. Only to be at wrong storage facility after confirming with customer service. Reserved storage at Popular Level location that had no attendant. Was thouroghly disappointed and inconvenienced searching for right uhaul facility. Only to find out unit is inside and hours are restricted.

Great service. Started from the Peston Location Lexus my representative took care of me very well.
LaErica K. | First ImpressionsI had my boat in P001 for 2 years and P003 for 9 months. Once U-Haul arrived I was moving BOTH boats out in 2 months because of the bad service at this location. It has been a nightmare from my boats always blocked in by your trucks to being harassed for a past due bill and threat of lien for P001 which I didn't owe. But Lea the manager could not be reached. Not via phone or replies to her email. I have voice recordings from Nov 23rd visit to the office where they assured me I was moved out. I have another recording where the 800 number gent said I should have been moved out already. I have a 3rd recording of me in the office again yesterday asking why do I have another lien notice?! Let me know where to send the recordings. I feel I was harassed and stressed, and am owed a few months of free rent for my existing unit still remaining. Leon Johnson was very professional and appreciate his assistance. The manager wouldn't even call me back after I left the office. She had Leon call. This is not over. There are others who are going through my same experience and stressed, yet don't have the same legal resources that I do. I need to know that this is fixed NOW. I need reassurance that every single customer has a LOCAL phone number to call whem they get a lien email. I need to know that every customer's account is audited to find ones that should not be harassed and understand how this happened to me. Please advise, because I got no answers locally. There are a few very nice and professional people I've encountered at the location in addition to Leon btw. They are the only reason I am in no rush to close my other remaining two units but I still plan to Thank you.

roger m. | First ImpressionsWhile the staff here was really amazing the facility is a mess. I originally rented from Cube Smart and then Uhaul took over. When you pull in there are moving trucks everywhere and it makes it hard to get to your unit. When I was moving out I had to park pretty far away from my unit due to lack of space from uhaul trucks that were waiting to be rented.
JADE C. | Overall ExperienceI moved out after uhaul took over. There was never trash left behind or gates left unlocked for days. Beer cans in hallway of large building for days. Masks on floor. Impossible to move large trailers around to access our unit with the rental trucks everywhere. Staff playing on golf cart with all the family there. Maybe it’s uhaul standard, but disappointing service after cube smart. Plus we never needed mouse/rat traps or had roaches before. Clean it up.

My card was retained and set up as auto. I did not give permission for this don’t appreciate it. Had a very hard time getting a hold of the site Mgr hardly there didn’t answer the phone to get this corrected. Not very friendly staff. Also you have too many rental trucks blocking the side hard to get through. When I got a hold of another Mgr. Told him all my concerns. He says oh well sounds like your done with uhaul won’t need us any longer. That s a way to keep customers in any future things needed

FELICIA S C. | First ImpressionsHow can a company that's taking over due to the circumstances at hand be so messy?!!! I had tried to pay for my rent that (yes was LATE) with a MONEY ORDER. Because the was a late charge added to my balance I was trying to pay $2 extra but the receptionist told me she couldn't accept the money order due to the amount being the EXACT AMOUNT! I mean REALLY?!! Considering that THIS company JUST took over and the CUSTOMERS had to find out that another company had taken over by coming up to the location instead of sending out a memo to inform the customers of what happened THE PROPER WAY. Then on top of that you're not willing to give the customers a "Grace Period" so that they can get adjusted to the new company and guidelines of this new company. How you gonna start adding on late fees when they current customers don't know the new fees or if their monthly rent is gonna remain what it first was. The situation itself was quite naturally blindsiding so we didn't know what our fee/rent was or is. Then this company is SO QUICK to send "A LATE FEE NOTICE" in the mail informing the customer that their payment is past due. Just TACKY!!!
