Little exspensive also didnt love the price increase after being told you dont do that. But other than that yeah it works.
Desarea M | Overall ExperienceOur experience with this facility was very frustrating due to the staff and lack of communication. When we moved into the unit last year, we had booked way in advance to have a 10x10. When we arrived, we were told that a 10x10 wasn’t available so they stuck us with a much more expensive 10x15 unit. We waited for over an hour after being treated very poorly by a specific staff member. We were told we could contact management regarding our unit and despite many email exchanges, he didn’t even offer to help us. Even during our move-out, the staff was unfriendly and blatantly rude to us. It’s not often that I feel this frustrated by a business, but this experience was truly bad.

Ended up getting on customer service, getting help and being guided did make the online reservation easy. They got to really see my need; The Manager Made it happen for my family. Truly blessed My family by giving me discount.
Marlene A | Online Move InI had a bigger unit booked and couldn’t get it because someone else had left their lock on it and they only had the smallest units available. Because of this I had to get rid of my furniture and some belongings. I was very sad about that, but other than that the app was easy to use to pay. Everyone was very nice (except for the guy in a black cowboy hat) he wasn’t very helpful.
