After an initial hiccup with a promo for first month free being accidentally given then retracted, the regional manager called me to apologize and extend the offer. That is classic customer service. The staff is polite, the facility is well lit, well maintained, and clean (especially the restrooms. Was very impressed with how secure the building is and with the climate control.Thank you for being one of the only bright spots in what's been a chaotic and frustrating move. Highly recommend!
VLASTIMIL W | First ImpressionsUnloading the truck was very difficult because of a lack of parking. I was unable to add a third person to the access list, the site could use an adjustment in that regard. I do appreciate the level of security at the facility.

I also really appreciate the donation area where I could easily put things I no longer needed and my kids didn't want. It was good to see people quickly take and appreciate the things I held onto for years hoping to use again when my kids, out of state with their own "stuff" did not want it. I'm almost 71 and can't take it with me and it's a relief to not worry about it anymore.
