The staff are friendly and available when needed, but mind their own when they ain’t. The loading bay for the U-Haul trucks is freaking genius and definitely made the move in much easier/faster. And you can’t beat their first month free when you rent a truck. Ten out of ten. …..for now lol

wendy d | Overall ExperienceAfter an initial hiccup with a promo for first month free being accidentally given then retracted, the regional manager called me to apologize and extend the offer. That is classic customer service. The staff is polite, the facility is well lit, well maintained, and clean (especially the restrooms. Was very impressed with how secure the building is and with the climate control.Thank you for being one of the only bright spots in what's been a chaotic and frustrating move. Highly recommend!
