philip L | First ImpressionsGreat location. My stuff was secure and I had no issues. However, the main bonus here is the employee, Pam. She runs the facility. Honestly, she made this experience for me amazing! I had some issues throughout the 4 months I was there (nothing having to do with U-Haul or the unit itself). She was always there for me (via phone or text) to do whatever she could to help). It was really nice to have someone on your side when needed. It's clear to see how much she is loved and respected by every customer that rolls through the place. She's very professional and she's definitely the hardest worker! I wouldn't hesitate to go back. I'd just call Pam!!! Thank you again, Pam.

She had me in and out in no time and the unit was very clean. Pam gave me full instructions on how to use the lock for the unit and also the gate pad and made sure everything was working before leaving the location. I highly recommend the Manchester location and would definitely recommend Pam to anyone in need of storage. Thanks so much Pam!
