Richard H | Overall ExperienceAs someone who comes from a customer service background for over 40+ years, I am more than satisfied at the outstanding service provided by Pamela Eckert. Her knowledge and professionalism put my somewhat unplanned and traumatic experience at ease. In this technological age we live in now, rarely are there interactions where people actually help other people, as in the "old fashioned, 'What can I do to help you?", plain and simple. Pamela was very efficient and specific in explaining each detail to someone like me, my first time in renting a storage unit. Her patience and courtesy as well I must commend her on. I certainly felt most comfortable and assured from the moment I walked into her office that I was in good hands. My daughter suggested I check out other locations for price difference, which I did to "appease" her, but I knew I would go back to this location at 2341 Rt 70, Manchester because of Pamela's competency, which of course I did. Pamela made me feel safe, and not worried while I literally left part of my life in a well kept, clean secure structure under her care.....great job! I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs a solution to an unexpected change or planned move.
