My stuff was in storage for 8 months, and I chose a climate controlled space to protect it from the elements. My experience with UHaul at the Rte 70 location exceeded my expectations. Pam Eckert (the Manager) is always there to lend a hand: above and beyond. Ultra responsive, very understanding, a sheer delight! I certainly will continue my friendship with her--she is a rare find!!!

Honestly, she made this experience for me amazing! I had some issues throughout the 4 months I was there (nothing having to do with U-Haul or the unit itself). She was always there for me (via phone or text) to do whatever she could to help). It was really nice to have someone on your side when needed. It's clear to see how much she is loved and respected by every customer that rolls through the place. She's very professional and she's definitely the hardest worker! I wouldn't hesitate to go back. She had me in and out in no time and the unit was very clean. Pam gave me full instructions on how to use the lock for the unit and also the gate pad and made sure everything was working before leaving the location.
