Like I said before you are so lucky to have the person running that place she is a gem and I don't know how good U-Haul straighten her but they better take a second look at it because you wouldn't wanna lose that person ever you would never be able to replace such a wonderful wonderful person

She always went out of her way to help and please customers. A pleasure to have her there as the manager. The only problem with the storage units was the plastic ceilings (easily breaking up and falling on items; very messy and annoying). They should be removed. We had a problem with the door. Men came out to adjust it, but it really didn't create a tight seal. We lived with that, but the ceilings were brutal. Also rate increases were to often.
