Pam Eckert (the Manager) is always there to lend a hand: above and beyond. Ultra responsive, very understanding, a sheer delight! Honestly, she made this experience for me amazing! I had some issues throughout the 4 months I was there (nothing having to do with U-Haul or the unit itself). She was always there for me (via phone or text) to do whatever she could to help). It was really nice to have someone on your side when needed. It's clear to see how much she is loved and respected by every customer that rolls through the place. She's very professional and she's definitely the hardest worker! I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
