Karen S | Online Move InThe manager guy is awesome. He was very helpful each time I've lost my lock and he was so helpful helping me get into my unit. I was very thankful. I'm not sure who one of the guys are that works in the office, but he likes to put people on hold for a very, very, very, very, very long time a guy with a deep voice. That always puts people on hold, and never comes back to help them. That guy needs to learn how to go back to help people when they're on hold for soooo long, but the manager don't remember his name, super way nuce polite cool guy, very nice, very professional excellent, excellent excellent he should be promoted to a district manager.Honestly.
