I was told that the storage units were built on swamp land and that's why the foundation of the units are all cracked. I had huge gaps at the opening of my unit that not only could have caused me to trip and fall or possibly twist my ankle or worse...the gaps allowed for mice to enter the units. I had a number of pieces of clothing that were ruined by mice and there was mice feces all over. I actually watched a mouse enter my unit while I was moving items out. I also had seen dead mice on the grounds. i never keep food items or things that would attract vermen. The property manager was wonderful to work with.

TINA C | First ImpressionsMy entire unit was infested with mice. There was mice poop everywhere. The couch I was storing was ruined and several boxes of items. I told the staff about the problem. He at first denied knowing of any infestation problems then changed the story to someone in a nearby unit was storing food. I was then told there was nothing to be done as I hadn’t purchased insurance. Ridiculous to know you have a mouse problem and not do anything. I will be sure to warn everyone I know not to use this facility in the future.

Sherri A | Overall ExperienceCorbin was amazing to work with! I will say though, trying to maneuver a 26’ U-Haul truck through this property was tricky with large trucks sticking out into the drive areas, a dumpster right by the gate which doesn’t allow enough turning room, etc.
Nora B | First ImpressionsI’ve used UHaul at Keller Lake for both Storage and Rentals and been very pleased with my experiences here. The staff is great, very helpful and easy to deal with. I spoke with Corbin a number of times and he was always pleasant and helpful. The facility is well maintained. My only down mark was that some times the lights in my unit weren't working, not sure why as the bulbs were replaced and did work other times. Otherwise the facility was great!

The two staff members at the office were strange and kind of rude The few times that I interacted with them. Kayla, I believe she’s the branch manager or owner of this location, was nice and helpful.
