The staff at this facility were very friendly and helpful. Johnny was very helpful and accommodating. The entire process of renting a storage locker was fast and convenient. I appreciate the help from Johnny and in answering all my questions. I was pleased to learn about the price lock guarantee for 1 year, that finalized my decision to rent with U-Haul.
Pascual m | First ImpressionsStorage a little expensive, truck rental, way too expensive. Pay for daily truck rental, gas AND $1 PER MILE?! RIDICULOUS! That means at 150,000 miles, that 1 vehicle would have made them $150,000 just on the miles! Not to mention the daily truck rental revenue. Staff was way awesome, helpful and quick.
CHRISTOPHER S | Overall ExperienceThe staff at this facility were extremely helpful and professional. My only issue was that for the amount that they charge ($220/mo), we should get more electrical access than only 1 hour per day. Additionally, they charge an extra fee to have the remote gate opener. I would have stayed if the cost wasn't so high, but if it's in your budget then it's a safe/secure/convenient spot to park your trailer or RV.
