The roof leaked and sealing tile fell in the storage unit and boxes had gotten wet, after i moved out i told a staff member that they need to fix and clean out the broken tile.......other than that is was good.....

Very poorly trained attendant. Did not know if refund would be applied for unused time, did not have ability to enter the storage facility other than office, was not trained in normal operations of the facility.

Clarence P. | First ImpressionsThe Marshalltown facility employees need vast amounts of training on customer service. 3 of the 4 employees I had encounters with were incapable of answering questions knowledgeably, did not make any effort to be pleasant or helpful, and acted as though they didn't care whether they had the business or not. Scott is the only one who was kind and helpful. That being said, the facility itself was clean and well lit.
