I enjoyed my time renting here however they charged me the day I moved out and would not give me a refund even though I didn’t use the next month, so be cautious of that.

Gail I | First ImpressionsThe only thing I would really say is the fact that I only needed the storage for 6 days until I was able to fully move into my new place in Ames, but was charged for entire month of $65, if someone isn’t going to be needing a storage for entire month they should at least get some reimbursement for it. Just from a customer’s point of view. Other than that everything was smooth.

ANTWANE L | Overall ExperienceI drove almost hour with two separate cars full of our things and arrived at 6:50pm and the doors wouldn’t open. I called and spoke with Jason Hatch, who said “we closed 5 minutes ago” when I asked what time they closed. The assistant manager that I spoke with when I arrived the next morning was excellent. There was a small wait because he was helping a gentleman that had called before they opened! He was extremely empathetic to my situation and completely turned my experience around. I think he also mentioned it was only his second week, props to him. Give that man a raise.
