MARGARET S | Overall ExperienceWas not told the facility is not open 24 hrs. Like they advertise until after signing agreement. Access hours close 1/2 before office closes. False advertising. Worst storage facility I have ever used.

Jesse S | Online Move InI wish it would be made clear on the signage and website that the storage facilities are not open as late as they actually are. I made my plans according to this information and learned on arrival that I only had an hour to unload the truck, and I only had assistance by friends in doing so that day. That said, the employees were really understanding and helpful, especially when I explained other circumstances beyond my control, and helped me figure out a plan to make it work.

However after I paid for the unit I was informed access to units closes a half hour before the office closes. I work 4 ten hour days. Which means I can only access my storage on my days off. Not happy about this at all.
