I made multiple attempts to contact employees and management about 160 db alarms in the drive in bay which are activated at arms length while pressing the button. I reported it to the board of health because it is a health code violation. After many uses in one day I was left with ringing ears and possibly permanent hearing damage. I am speaking to doctors and my attorney.

My experience with this U-Haul facility was nothing but Excellent, (A+) quick service,very knowledgeable staff, owner. I Would highly recommend them to anyone! The Yard/Warehouse was very clean and oriented. The Security system Access point entry was very impressive for today’s systems),It’s a good safe feeling that your storage goods are in a good safe place that’s secured and controlled. Big easy U-Haul facility that has an amazing HVAC System for climate control and easy storage units in its warehouse. Carts are available, and easy to use.
