My two 10x20 units flooded every time it rained causing all my possessions to get ruined. On top of that the roaches infested my belongings and the rats urinated, dedicated and ate most of my things. Causing most of my most delicate items to be ruined. Yes I paid the $90 extra stormsafe insurance. But it is a scam since they require you to provide receipts for every single item inside your storage unit before they can appraise it after you send them every single item the they decide if it is damaged or destroyed, then they take their sweet time (months) to respond or even maybe not even return your items back to you before they’ll tell you that they can’t help You. The truck I received had marijuana inside of it, and it had just been smoked in so it smelled like marijuana and there was ashes and marijuana everywhere inside the truck. Also the employees are always slow and they smoke marijuana as well. One time I walked in there and the employees were eating at the computer and whenever I tried to make the rental truck rental, the employee had quite an attitude and he said that he would go get the truck and he would be right back I waited 25 minutes for him to go around back and get the truck whenever I went outside to my car and came back in asking him. Where is the truck? He said he had parked it out front by the highway, and it had been out there for the entirety of the time that I was waiting, but he never told me and when I went outside to see where it was, he had parked it right by the highway, not anywhere near the building and he had left the driver door open in the engine running so for 25 minutes this truck was running with the door open by the highway and it could’ve been stolen and then that would’ve been my responsibility so I do not think that these employees are very responsible or ethical, plus this is the truck that had the marijuana in it. If he can smell the marijuana he would not have given me that truck. Why would he give me a truck that had just had weed smoked in it and then actually had marijuana in it. They just didn’t clean a truck. They didn’t even care to clean it and me and my four year-old were stuck with this truck for three days and the reason because I couldn’t return the truck immediately that night was because they had already closed and it was dark outside. Speaking of dark outside the facility itself is not well lit at all. Also, I had come to get my stuff one night in my unit and my lock had been cut by someone not by the employees so my unit was opened by a stranger.

I quickly found your online calculator, which was very helpful. The young man said he didn’t know you had one. I recommend serious customer service and operations training. Also, this occurred on multiple occasions over the last five months.
