Very nice place and very nice people. Very helpful and convenient. I did have a few problems with garage doors and card swipe stations not working. But this was just a handful of time over a 3-year period. I wish they would give a refund for unused days if you move out prior to the end of your term.

This is a huge waste of my time and not convenient. Was out of town and came back to move out on the day that I was charged the rent. There was no leniency and I had to pay for a full month when I no longer needed the unit.
