Meaghan S | Overall Experience5 stars on friendliness of staff, ease of the rental process, security and hours. 0 stars for cleanliness. The units are absolutely filthy and basically open the the elements. I only had the unit for less than 7 months, my belongings were clean when I put them in the unit and are now all covered with a thick coating of dirt!! So I would tell i had a good personal and truck rental experience with u haul but i wouldn't use the storage
