The staff here are great. So understanding and helpful. I Will difenitly use this place again when i need it. I have been to many storage places and uhauls but this one no one can compete with. Lei S | Overall ExperienceGate is open and broken more often than not. Management does not communicate well and staff member who helped even upon closing very unprofessional not only in dress but in attitude towards customers. It seems like every time I would go to my unit after dark there was a unit towards the end of the aisle where people would always be sitting in their car and in their unit almost like it was a hang out for them or they possibly are trying to live there? As a woman, I did not feel safe going to my unit after dark unless my grown son or husband where with me. When there was a non payment issue (a mistake on my part thinking I had set up auto pay) I was locked out of my unit weeks later for non payment when payment was only 2 days late. Apparently one of the managers is the one who helped me and was very rude. I called and complained as you can see from my notes in the system. I was granted a free month, but even upon calling him back multiple times he never once returned my call so the communication is a very poor and the customer service is very poor. I was granted the free month but it showed me overdue again so I had to call them to make sure that they put that free month in which it shouldn’t be me having to follow up more there should be something that made it automatic for that month or a follow up note that they should’ve had to go in and place the credit. I closed my unit because of not feeling safe after dark as well as how poorly the staff at that location treat their customers and they’re unprofessionalism. I used to think of U-Haul as a large company with outstanding customer service, but my experience at that specific location has made me want to avoid U-Haul altogether going forward. I have also let my friends and family know how horribly we’ve been treated and advised them to never get a storage unit with U-Haul due to the lack of upkeep on safety and gates, as well as how one is treated if they are even as simple as two days late and the horrible communication from staff.

Hard to afford anymore, and would have probably kept the trailer there except for the high price, and the power not working a lot.
