William V | Overall ExperienceWhen I went to look at the size of the unit I’m renting, there was no lock inside of the unit. As advertised it said the free lock would be inside of the unit already.

I was told that I would only be charged for the days that I had it for and not for the whole month. Well I was charged the whole month and was not prorated
