Desiree P. | First ImpressionsSlightly quirky office staff who, on 4 separate visits to the office, each time started new computer filing of personal data and product requests despite each time the data already being on the system AND having been checked as accurate by telephone on previous days on three of the four visits. The boss was PERFECT in every respect but several wasted hours at the desk by his staff whilst resubmitting previously held and checked data was extremely frustrating and unnecessary.
