I had an issue with injuring my back and almost lost my storage then I paid and vacated had bad service was given the wrong access code. Did not get service I expected or help I have my unit for almost 8 years with you and couldn't be helped

SHAMARA G | First ImpressionsI was unable to complete my move in on the app. I had to call customer service, just to be informed that my reservation had been canceled. In the app my reservation was still active and showed the option to move in, even let me edit and change my reservation. Your app really stinks and takes people in circles. Incredibly frustrating especially when moving your home is already stressful enough. Not a happy customer! Then was charged for the month that was supposed to be free, requiring yet another call to customer service, where most of the time I was transferred to different departments.

They didn’t have the size unit I RESERVED, shocker they had bigger ones that cost more. Not a pleasant experience overall.
