How U-Haul Reviews WorkMove in was great! I had zero patience to take photos of myself and my license to book the unit online. Went in person and it was an easy process. Tanner, the manager, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He found me a unit close to the entrance. My coworkers will also be moving to the area and I have been telling them if they need storage to come to this location. Bonus that the first month is free and it is actually free! No catch!

Craig S | Overall ExperienceThere were issues with the elevator on numerous occasions and trouble with entry. Keypads not working on numerous occasions the first few years of storage. When I started ending my contact with my unit I rec'vd different information from the call center rep. The 1st rep told me that uhaul did not cut the lock off, I would have to hire a locksmith. Untrue, secondly I was not able to do the process over the phone, I had to be there or send someone, also, not true. I was able to complete the process with a text.

GUMARO Q | Overall ExperienceThe facility hallway lighting did not work unless you stood in exactly the right spot and move your hand. The elevator was not easy to use, you had to have the metal clip in position exactly right and you had to have knowledge of how to push the buttons because one of them worked all the way up the other one did not unless you held the button in. The security check-in for door one did not work half the time due to errors.

Craig S | First ImpressionsThe only reason I gave 3 stars is because I had an appointment for 6:30 when I arrived the man at the register said hold on he didn’t come back till about 6:55 he was nowhere in sight when he came back he apologized for doing something in the back he said and then he didn’t seem to know much about the place he asked me if I had a storage unit which is the reason why I went there is to empty it out to move back to Tucson. He could have taken the initiative and looked on my file. Then he seemed like he was in a rush
