Cynthia W | Overall ExperienceIt was chaos at best. Nothing worked. My reservation was lost. My wife and I are handicapped and we're forced to take an upstairs unit. We were at the facility for two hours fifteen minutes just trying to figure out which unit was available. Chaos ruled the day. Let's hope today goes better.

pam H | First ImpressionsRented a truck to move stuff into the unit and the truck wasn't maintained well. There were no straps on the ramp to pull it out for use so had to carry a tool every where we went just to use the truck. Spoke to 3 different people about how to access the unit or even rent the unit. And got 3 different answers. Until my third visit it was not explained that I had to check in to even use my access code to get into the unit. The door was either unlocked or the system failed because even though the display said access was denied because it didn't recognize my Code it still let me in. Poorly or not trained staff. And equipment in disrepair. I have to use the unit because I don't want to move the stuff again. But no I'll drive further next time with a known inconvenience rather then deal with repeated inconveniences. Oh and by the way I don't like driving your trucks. I don't want people to think I support the deceptive add you have about truck heights on every truck you rent. I didn't know you support deception.
David V | Online Move InI chose "average" for I have had no other storage experience to compare. A couple of things making it difficult: 1. The hallway where my unit is, the hall lights were off or out. 2. There was no light in the unit. The representative should alert us of needing our own lighting. 3. Nothing was said about a lock. I noticed everyone had these round locks. I saw an unopened lock pkg on the floor but didn't know what it was....no lighting, as stated. I had my keyed lock from my Uhaul move and so I used that one. 4. In one of the locker corners, there is a black case of something. I didn't touch it. I couldn't see it well. I will report it to the office. 5. Today I will be better prepared. 6. I'm very grateful for the loan of this locker for this move has had it's challenges, so this helps immensely, THANK YOU!!!
