At this facility the elevator needs a little work. It would be nice if the hrs were extended by 1 hr. On the second floor the alarm goes off when it should not. When I turn the corner I think inpass a door or 2 befor the lights turn on.

Emmett J | First ImpressionsReturns the uhual is usually easy. Drop off uhual. Drop off keys in box or in store. I needed a storage. Andnto Drop off uhual. Closing at 7 pm. Made it a pain to do both. Or how about being open till 8. People work till 5.

Hope F | First ImpressionsThere is barely enough space to pass between storage buildings. Mirrors on vehicles have to be tucked in to safely pass. Original facility layout lacked proper engineering. Otherwise, every thing else was ok.

Cynthia W | Overall ExperienceIt was chaos at best. Nothing worked. My reservation was lost. My wife and I are handicapped and we're forced to take an upstairs unit. We were at the facility for two hours fifteen minutes just trying to figure out which unit was available. Chaos ruled the day. Let's hope today goes better.
