Had issues after I rented the truck(personal).took a week before I even got the job done.When I brought the truck back,they let me use one of their storage garages for 1 month free.That was a big help.Great moving rentals company-U-Haul A++.
RANDY A | First ImpressionsHorrible experience. There is a couple living in unit A47 across from my unit. They cook food in the unit as well. The guy was creepy. The staff did nothing to correct the situation. I would like a refund for my last months tent as it was an unsafe environment. I am a longtime UHaul customer. As a result I was compelled to move my things to another storage facility. The staff on 4/6 was incompetent and unfriendly. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an establishment. I tried calling corporate number ion 4/6 and spoke with katiffiny, she was clueless and provided no help.
Steven W | Overall ExperienceElevator was still broken. Tanner did not turn the power back on after "trying" to fix it causing me to go back to the office several times. The 2nd floor "Down" button is broken. Tanner needs to get his attitude and work ethic together and learn how to be a proper leader and people person.
Justin S | Overall ExperienceDorian and David Hernandez went above and beyond to accommodate me to provide excellent customer service. The elevator broke multiple times which they tried to fix onsite but had to contact the vendor which would not arrive for almost two hours. I was given extended access for the moving truck and would not be charged which Dorian took care of customer service aspect. The staff also stayed past operating hours to allow me to get my items out of the elevator which were previously stuck. Also, for security, I was given an extra lock to secure my items that I had already moved into the storage room before the elevator broke. Please recognize the staff at this location at the corporate level for providing excellent customer service and how to be a model for customer service. Thank you.
Justin S | First ImpressionsWe had our storage unit since 10-2017. In that time my wife became very sick and at times we had to pay late. They were always so kind and understanding. They work with us and over half the time they dropped the late fees. When my wife lost her fight with cancer, they helped me take her name off the unit. She always handled the storage, the insurance, and the credit card payments. I would recommend this site to anyone.
