CAROLINE H | First ImpressionsI hate giving poor reviews and this is my first time giving and write reviews to company. My experience to this area traumatized me as a new customer and first time to rent a storage due to my late husband passed away a few months and need to empty the house to be on the market for sell so we restored important things we need but anyhow We moved our items on this area on Feb.19,2024 approximately 2pm and then all the receipts was giving to us and the code as created. Went back to the placed Sunday Feb.24, 2024 at 4pm restored remaining items we are unable to enter the place because it says error the code went to the desk spoke to a lady i knew her name but i don’t want to mention her checking my name and storage number doesn’t exist shows the storage number is vacant I was shocked i told her “ what all the items we moved on the 19 is there and i have 2 keys with me that’s impossible”! I told her i have the key she can accompany me inside she refused and kept talking and told me has camera and she can’t let me in I was so disappointed please review your footage. Anyhow i left went to my car to calm myself and called customer service thank God to Marilyn customer service able to help me I was asked by her to go back inside and she want to talk to the front desk lady i put her on speaker she spoke to her i found out the person help us put me in and checked me out that day so that’s why it shows vacant. I insist if i can get in if my items still there she accompanied me and was confirmed my key is a right one and my items is there Thank God! she registered me back again presented my ID and register me with a new code Marilyn was still in the phone until i got settle and front desk lady told her she will give me 1 months free and will let her boss know that’s going on and apologize to me and was acceptable we are just human being made mistake.I thought everything was fix that day i got the receipt got the code but i was told by the lady give sometimes like 3 days for the code to be activated I said okay and left the area. My family went back feb.2,2024 to restore more items on my storage he can’t get in the code was denied and she went to the front same lady was there and he was recognized by her before and let her inside the door and was asked to go back to register again it seems doesn’t go through before this time I can’t accept this games I called customer service spoke to Marietta unable to help me with my problem i was transfer to the area I spoke to gentleman I don’t want to mention his name stated “ I’m not registered and still vacant the place but what he can do he will put it on hold the storage for me so no one can go there”. I told him all my important stuff is there I was asked to stop by but that time was late and the next day I’m not available anyhow I don’t want to be stress anymore I tried to calm myself i don’t want to get sick. Feb.3, 2024 the lady was helping me on that area called me the same lady registered me back to the system before asking my identity again to registered me back in the system I still did and was patient with her over the phone I tried to understand everything i’m one of the manager of the medical field so i know how it works but anyhow hoping this time everything will work. I’m going back again in the weekend to see if my problem is solve. I wrote this review it’s not to scare people but please we trusted you guys we choose this company over than other companies we deserve a good service please next time be extra careful. God blessed!
