My unit was open for three months before I was called. When I moved out, I noticed the unit next to mine was open, I told the guy in the office and he said that was the owners problem.
robin t | Overall ExperienceEverybody was great at the company and did great I only rate this low because my storage was flood with water and damaged my kids mattress and my couch. Still waiting on compensation for this! Things happen so I don’t blame them for it.

Aundria G | First ImpressionsVery friendly staff. Easy access to unit. Only problem I had was that my unit's handle wasn't aligned properly so it was difficult to lock and unlock. Had to use a screw driver to line up the holes properly to get the lock on and off. I'm sure the other units are fine. I just got unlucky. (#1007)
