Scott L | First ImpressionsMy storage unit (1221-I had two units rented here) was found with mold covering all my items. I was told that it was something in my unit itself that caused it. I found that another renter several units down and across the hallway was full of mold as well. No offer to even comp a month's worth of rent, no apology offered. I was told to contact my homeowner's insurance. An apology would have gone a LONG WAY. I am a local Realtor, I recommend this specific U-haul storage to clients but will no longer be doing this. Very disappointing ending for a place I've used on and offer for several years.

The only reason I decided to move my stuff out is because the price kept going up and I am on a limited budget even though I work 6 days a week all the time just to pay my bills. $217 a month is too high for 10x15 unit..

CHARLES S | Overall ExperienceGreat place - well run and nicely kept. I had to return to the facility because I had left my iPhone in the 10’ truck I had rented. David, Sr helped me search all of the possible cabs ultimately finding my phone, and I found his Yankees cap! Oddly enough, the cab I rented was NOT the one I put 2 gallons of gas in and then turned in. How that happened, I can only blame being very distracted by events of late. Hope I am not charged for not filling up the tank in the one I actually used! 😬😬
paige v | First ImpressionsThe facility clerk was very off and said that it was mandatory that I take a picture of my unit and show it to him which I didn’t have to do the last time I rented a unit from your facility. I also wasn’t aware that it was a mandatory requirement that you had to use the lock given to us for free and that if not returned we would be charged for it.
