Overall great. A few things to improve: 1. Be clear about logging out after using the storage unit. I got locked out the second time I used it. 2. Keep the bathrooms open. I had to use it but the doors were locked. 3. Send an email confirming that our service has ended. I only received an email saying I had put in a request. 4. Be clear that you’ll need scissors or something to cut through the plastic tie to get into the unit. Otherwise, a great experience.

There was a dead mouse in the unit and it looked like it had been there for a while.
