Our site was at the Richards St. site. The swipe card/entry code unit was very unreliable. Did not like the gate bieng always open and no lighting the last few months. The staff are always good & helpful

judie b | First ImpressionsMy storage space floor was dirty upon arrival with rat poison staining the floor green from a flooded rat poison carton. I asked U-Haul to sanitize this, but two days later I found it still filthy.
daniel y | First ImpressionsOverall great. A few things to improve: 1. Be clear about logging out after using the storage unit. I got locked out the second time I used it. 2. Keep the bathrooms open. I had to use it but the doors were locked. 3. Send an email confirming that our service has ended. I only received an email saying I had put in a request. 4. Be clear that you’ll need scissors or something to cut through the plastic tie to get into the unit. Otherwise, a great experience.
