Open later would be beneficial. Clean up around the facility once and a while. Do you have a trash can for a empty bottle of water? Oh and nice poster of the police officer in the window. I even waved!
Kristen P | First ImpressionsMice were in my unit, and unfortunately ruined a lot of my items. Honestly im glad I had some brave individuals helping move my stuff out, cause it wasn't for the weak. Feces were in every inch of that unit. All I got was "What would you like me to do about that, there's mice all over and we are doing our best". Yeah. Never again

LUCY S | Overall ExperienceI was on the phone with Uhaul for 4 hours the day prior to picking up my uhaul. When i go to pick up my uhaul they informed me that i have a hold on my account that led me to be on hold for over 45 min to resolve the issues. Which made me not get into my uhaul and back to my apartment until 11 am- My movers were scheduled at 10 am If i was informed of the hold on my account when i was on the phone the day; this would of never happened and i would not be in the problem that i am now not a reflection on the storage facility this is a reflection on uhaul the company its self

YAHRA A | First ImpressionsWhile building infested with mice, mice chewed all of my things including an expensive couch, couch was full of mice. Manager Samantha said that was not her problem and that I had to remove my couch. However Regional manager Taylor was very helpful and resolved the issue, I still lost the couch though.
MIGUEL B | Overall ExperienceI moved out I'm gonna do date 5 days later got charged and overcharged they've been charging me overcharges on taking money out of my account after the due date just to get a late charge. I've had Bad experience with the workers, They got smart mouths which is unprofessional.

If both garages are full your kinda stuck parking on the street and hauling your stuff off the lot to put it in your car. That’s the only difference between you folks and when Extra Space Storage owned the company place. A couple extra parking spots for customers would be nice
