My storage was infested with mice u haul didn’t pay for my damage items instead they sold my unit I will not recommend or rent a unit ever again from them

LUCY S | Overall ExperienceI was on the phone with Uhaul for 4 hours the day prior to picking up my uhaul. When i go to pick up my uhaul they informed me that i have a hold on my account that led me to be on hold for over 45 min to resolve the issues. Which made me not get into my uhaul and back to my apartment until 11 am- My movers were scheduled at 10 am If i was informed of the hold on my account when i was on the phone the day; this would of never happened and i would not be in the problem that i am now not a reflection on the storage facility this is a reflection on uhaul the company its self

Manager Samantha said that was not her problem and that I had to remove my couch. However Regional manager Taylor was very helpful and resolved the issue, I still lost the couch though.
