(Answer to the question above is because a friend told me about it, but it wouldn’t let me submit until I chose one of the answers) Turns out, the best reason is because of the amazing Customer Service. Josiah went above and beyond to help us. He answered every single question we had and was polite and charming and helpful, and patient and he knew his business. He’s one of the best examples of Customer Service. I’ve run across in a long time. Saying that, I’m sorry I don’t know her name, but the young lady that sat next to him was also very helpful, polite, and also knew her business very well! I don’t know if they were just trained very well or if they’re just very Customer Service oriented, and I’m not gonna say they deserve a raise because everybody says that, (but they do) they at least deserve recognition. Do you have employee of the month? If you do, they both deserve it, but Josiah went way above and beyond. I have to say this, especially for his age. I meet so many people his age that just don’t give a crap about their job. But Josiah, he knew his business like he had been there for years. He even came back to check on us a couple times to make sure that we had everything we needed and to see if we had any questions. That’s great, Customer Service!I can see him moving up very swiftly in your company. Give this guy a second look… He deserves it!

KRISA M | Overall ExperienceWhen Extra Space owned the facility, it was dirty, the exit door would be broken for weeks and the entire property was generally in disrepair. Uhaul and particularly the manager Mrs Moody turned this place around and it's now the best facility I've used in my 25 years of storage. I will be giving the rare 5 star google review because both the company and the manager deserve it.
