Staff seemed to get annoyed when I asked for help. When first checking in they didn’t fully explain anything to me or have an elevator code set up for me. The person behind the desk didn’t even take out their headphones to talk to me. Trying to talk to anyone that worked there was very difficult. The actual building was fine and the app was helpful.

The rodents chewed through storage containers and tubs to get to my items, causing significant damage. As a result, I had to throw away many of my belongings. Based on my experience, pest control was not adequately handled.
