There were a few times that my unit was blocked by U-Haul trucks. I am just grateful you guys have later hours and where able to move them out of my way.
emily p | Overall ExperienceThe alarm is on a timer but it only gives you like 10 minutes and then you have to re enter your code. I think the timer should be set for a bit longer. I was only making a small trip this time and I had help but we couldn’t get the six bins to the back without the timer going off.
emily p | First ImpressionsThe Manager was fantastic, but his cashier later called the police on me while I was loading my unit. She had found a wet spot on the store carpet and claimed I had peed on it. An absolute LIE !!! Please review the tapes and fire her.
