JOSE B | Overall ExperienceMany times, I could not access the storage facility because of the malfunctioning doors and the code machine. Could not locate the dolly. Office personnel gave me incorrect information, forcing me to drive extra miles to drop off the U-Haul truck. I placed a cash deposit on my rental, only to be told by the receiving company/U-Haul that they would not refund it. Plus, I was told that if I drop off the truck, they would charge me a $400.00 deposit. The U-Haul company in Montgomery told me I could drop it off at any participating and U-Haul location.
Yvonne E | Overall ExperienceI rented a truck and storage unit. The storage code system was not working so I was unable to access the storage area. The staff was friendly and tried to solve the problem. They tried several things including changing my code and making several phone calls. I might have been able to receive an access card but they did not have any access cards. I left after almost an hour to go load the truck, hoping the situation would be resolved when I returned. Fortunately, when I returned about 4 hours later, the loading area was open so I could access my storage unit without my access code. I did check when I was finished and the code appeared to be working.
