They were so kind and helped me troubleshoot every “roadblock” that arose. And trust me, there were many over the course of a 2-day move out. But they helped me with genuine smiles on their faces and didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience in any way…even at closing time! This has been, by far, the best customer service experience of my life. I can’t say thank you enough!! No answer at the store, subsequently the Call Center answered and were unable to locate the account . I gave her the information and was told the account would be noted. I emailed back to the email I received and followed up on yesterday with a phone call. Again the respondant could not locate the account, however I received another email.
