Had a very challenging time cancelling my contract. I have been calling since January to have this contract cancelled, but I kept getting charged 6 months after the worker who set up the contract was set to expire. Finally got through to a manager the other day to get the contract. her demeanour in her email was rude and unprofessional. Genuinely disappointing experience. I have used Uhual services for 10+ years and normally I have had convenient, easy interactions, however this was not the case here unfortunately. I would like to be refunded for the dates that I have been charged for after the contract was supposedly set to expire.

Par contre, on voulait changer d'unite de storage et avait été obliger de demander les codes d'acsenceur a chaque reprise de va et vient car l'ancien code me marchait plus. Avoir eu un code temporaire ou une carte de passe temporaire aura été beaucoup mieux comme experience.

My only complaint - while moving out we found mouse/rat droppings in the unit, however, I am well aware that this is a common and almost unbeatable situation in a storage facility. Overall, I give you five stars and you have a great team.

After only two months of storage, I found that my furniture—items I’ve cared for over many years—was covered in mice droppings and suffered significant damage. There were scratches and gouges in the wood that were not there before, leaving me questioning the quality and care of the storage facilities. Although the staff was friendly, I had an unusual and stressful experience when I rented one of their trucks to help with my move. I didn’t drive it at all but was rushed to return it at 7:00 AM sharp the next morning, despite it being off-peak season. As a long-time customer, I was surprised by this, and it added unnecessary stress to my move.

Markis N | Overall ExperienceThe storage facility is great. The only thing I didn’t like is the payment process. I was laid up in I.C.U. at the hospital a couple of years ago. Was I was able to call about 2 days later to explain why I hadn’t paid my bill, and was doing so right away, U-HAUL STILL CHARGED ME A WHOPPING $15.00 & refused to reverse it. All in all I was ONLY 4 DAYS LATE!, even after I reminded them that the reasoning couldn)t make the payment was because I was in Intensive Care in hospital! I WAS CHARGED AGAIN $15.00 this year. I was 3/days late when the $ became available in my bank account. I thought the bank would put it through. I thought wrong. SO WITHIN 14 DAYS I WAS CHARGED ANOTHER $15.00! I’ve never seen charges like this with any other company! $30.00 late fee for being 15 days late, AND IT WAS NOT INTENTIONAL! Very, very, bad practice and gives U-Haul a bad reputation for very bad customer relations
