In addition to the storage fee, I was forced to pay a monthly insurance fee or submit a copy of a homeowner's policy. Never experienced this before at any other storage facility. Then when I cleared out and called to terminate I was told to provide a photo of my empty unit. I live out of town. Nowhere on the FAQ section of the website does it state I needed to do this. I finally went somewhere else and don't have to deal with this nonsense.
