We were placed on various waiting lists, with the belief it would be quite a while before we were able to obtain one. However, about three weeks later, we were called by the Moultonborough site letting us know one was available, and it was being offered to us first since we made such a positive impression on first contact. This was very much appreciated, and our experience with the facility was first rate…clean, secure, and convenient. Many thanks for such a wonderful experience.

I was transferred 5 times on hold for over 30 minutes it was horrible!!! I paid for the month and tried to move the last day could not get in.. I was charged another month after I closed my unit and cleaned it out and never received a refund!! It should be open on Sunday or at least a special number to call for access!!!
