The overall experience with Uhaul was horrendous. I’m being held accountable for knowing someone that helped me move for their prior issues with Uhaul that they were unaware of until now. I wasn’t aware that Uhaul could hold me liable for someone else that I didn’t know 5 years ago. Being discriminated against by association is the most messed up situation have ever encountered. So connecting a lawyer to draw up a lawsuit is my only option.

I was in the hospital when I cancelled the unit online. I sent the pics my daughter took for canceling the unit. No one completed my request. I had to call the main line & they fixed it for me. No one completed at this Uhaul place. So I was aggravated that I kept getting a bill. .im grateful customer service help me. She was amazing
