The move in experience was good. However, when I moved out I was not given a prorated refund as I was told I had to move out within 3 days of payment which doesn't really make sense. I only had my unit for 1 week during the last month yet I paid for the full month. I should only have to pay for the amount of time that I am actually renting the unit.
