MEGAN S | Online Move InI have used this storage facility before with no issues. This time was awful. The elevator kept breaking, and it backed up everyone. There were no Uhaul employees helping or paying attention to what was happening inside the storage building. People were blocking truck bays with their cars, taking multiple carts and hoarding them in their units, and holding the elevator. It was awful.
