Although we have not yet moved our things into it, I must say that the customer service has been excellent. Geri was so super nice and helpful. During moving situations it is so nice to be treated well. Every pleasant gesture is a blessing. The confidence and assurance that we would be taken care of lifted so much off of our backs. Traylor was also very professional following up to let us know that we were all set and that the size of the unit was perfect for us, etc. Nelson helped me confirm what to do tomorrow morning as my husband will not be there. It is clean and the few times I had to interact with staff was great. They were quick to respond to messages and even during the initial move in the uhaul was a plus! His move out was also great. Marcos D. | Overall ExperienceWe had moved all our items into two storage units while we were looking for a house and had no issues until june of 2022. We discovered what appeared to be rat droppings in our outdoor unit. I expressed concerns to the office and they said the exterminator told them it wasn't rats but large mice. But aren't rats considered large mice? Anyway about two weeks later I discovered evidence the "large mice" had made it into our inside climate controlled unit. The office said they were aware and knew of people that had brought food in their unit which caused the rat issue. The smell of urine inside the hallways of the building was over bearing and definitely a health hazard. If you look up you can see dried urine on the cross supports and holes chewed in the ceilings. At that point I had enough and started looking to moving out. Once I was able to find a new place to move our belongs we asked if they would offer a discount on a moving truck and the answer was no. It took us (4 adults) 13hours to pull everything out, wiped & disinfect all our totes and load the trucks with the items they didn't distroy. We uncovered 4 dead rats and one alive one that ran out when we moved a dresser and ran up the wall into the next unit. The amount of damage they caused to our belongings was more then we could have imagined. They chewed many pieces of good pine and oak furniture, saturated furniture, chairs and belongs in urine. Even though we had enough insurance (u-hauls insurance) to cover the nearly $20k in damage the insurance is refusing to pay no more the $6k for our damaged items. The owner showed zero remorse and refused to come look at our unit so we can show him the issues and damaged items. We had to pay an additional 2 months on the storage unit to keep the damaged items while we waited for insurance to give us the ok to discard the items and the owner wouldn't even give us a discount. We just got the ok from insurance to discard the items that were damage and when we went back there was even more damage, so it seems the issue is only getting worse. They are still offering units to customers in that building because as we were moving out someone was moving in next to us. I would never offer this storage facility to anyone or any u-haul affiliated storage facilities to anyone ever! They don't seem to care about keeping their customers belongs safe.

This was convenient, clean, helpful and can assist with other service needs. We needed a second storage bin and they did not blink an eye, helped us and gave us options. You might have a need, for a different truck, trailers, moving staff, just ask. I would highly recommend them. They are very personable and friendly. Thank you Brock owners and staff
