robert s | Overall ExperienceI was charged twice for a moving truck that was back 15 minutes before it’s supposed be. A worker told me the truck would be checked in. Well that didn’t happened. I was contacted from U-Haul 3 hours later asking me if I was going to return the truck. The worker rudely hung up. It took at least an hour and half to back I contact with someone. Once I did speak to anyone that told me sadly I had to wait for a manager to assist me whenever they came to get a refund. This was inconvenient for me on a financial side to have my account tied up with an online overcharge. The next issue I moved out of a storage unit on the same day at noon. Went inside and inform the worker of this change. They called me about the storage unit after they called about the truck on yesterday. I’m not sure why the worker didn’t process the information about the storage unit. No one did anything to assist with either matter.
