This was my second time using U-Haul storage facilities. The staff at the Tulane location are very helpful and friendly. The only thing I wasn’t sold on is the hours that you can go to your storage unit. Since it’s an indoor facility it would’ve been nice to have 24/hr access. Pricing is very,very high but other than that I would 10/10 recommend!!

I had to get two storage units to a amount up to one I wanted in one big unit when I reserve one I didn’t pay for it right away, so I told her reserve it before the weekend came back and it was reserved for somebody else. Unacceptable. I won’t use Tulane U-Haul anymore.
