Ms Williams was patient, kind & understood my need to rent a unit for my clothes & personal items. She recommended a climate control unit, & it was spot on, exactly what I needed. The manager Lisa Williams purposely tried to make me loose my items! The assistant GM Virginia was very rude when I tried to speak with her concerning this issue. Also l ask to speak to Mr Patrick Allen. I was told by Virginia and Lisa it's no need to speak with him. I want ever recommend this place to anyone!! After calling customer service over and over again...bring told someone would be calling me back concerning my problem ....they never did!!!!
