JASON S | Overall ExperienceThe ladies at the office location were nice, helpful, and extremely patient …. Especially, considering that I walked in 5 minutes before closing!! When I arrived to the storage location, I immediately knew I didn’t want to be there alone, especially at night. I wasn’t able to access my unit, because there was a lock on it, and the office had closed. Needless to say, I probably wouldn’t have opened it anyway…. It was getting dark and I didn’t see a single camera in the far back, dead end, corner where my unit is. There might be some, I just didn’t see any.

However, there are no lights inside the units, the unit insulation was found all over our belongings and since I rented temperature controlled units I found mold on the furniture and the blankets were melted to the furniture. This wasn’t what I was expecting. Now I’m having to hire a cleaning company to thoroughly clean everything.
