Unfortunately I made payments automatically from my account not knowing that I would be charged the full month for my unit when leaving after paying for the full month on the first of each month. I returned my access on the 4th as we emptied the unit. I was told to contact manager on Monday as they couldn't approve my request then. I contacted the number on my paper and talked to U Haul rep that would contact management with my request and have them call me. I stopped today with no return call and was informed no refund would be given. Management does not approve at that site for any refunds. I paid for an air conditioned unit for over two years and no partial refund for 4 days. Way to go, Thank you.

When I arrived onsite the service in the store was excellent and I was able to move into the unit quickly with no issues. Before contacting U-Haul, I contacted 5 other storage companies in the area and never received any communication back from them (1 picked up the phone but had no units). Great job! Thank you 👍
