I wish they had hand trucks or bigger flat bed dolly’s. I had a one bedroom truck and it took me over two hours to unload it using the small flatbed dollies they had available. I also didn’t like to be constantly scanning my card just to get to the elevator.

Five stars was because the size of the storage units are not as accurate as you think they are. The unit I reserved first was for a one to two bedroom apartment. It was more suited for a one bedroom apartment. The customer service representative at the desk help me get a larger unit that fit my needs and was very knowledgeable and courteous to me and my family.

Especially at peak customer volume. The workers are stressed because they are servicing way to many customers simultaneously but still they provide the very best service and are professional always.
