I was given a price and told this will NEVER CHANGE my price started at $167.20 and ended at $306.20 a $139.00 increase it was a lie and because of this scam I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone….

When I question it in a serious way, someone it your company finally stated that U Haul personnel was wrong, and that process was reversed. I think that the overall drama was a bit much.
Elmore R | Overall ExperienceThey had a unit next to mine auctioned off and the person thought bit was mine and damaged the door because they were at the wrong unit and they tried to make me pay for it. If I didn’t have my lock and showed them. I didn’t try to cut it off. I would have been charged.
