Staff didn’t give enough help, I had to keep coming back to the desk for clarification, after not being told which truck was mine, and then trying get in the storage unit, details were left out!

Olabisi B | First ImpressionsThe staff speaks Spanish. This facility needs some English speaking staff. The staff should speak to the customers when they walk up to the counter. But instead they just ignore you.
Shalonda S | Overall ExperienceI rented this storage unit for a few years, and I believe the negative issues I experienced were prior to the current management. At one point, there was a flooding situation. My $600 mattress was ruined, and the insurance paid me only $100. (after fees and some other nonsense). I lost a few other items as well. Then there was an issue with mice feces at the front and back of my unit (not due to anything in my unit, as I'd rented there for quite some time before this happened). I read some reviews where other customers experienced this same issue. So, obviously, this facility was not kept clean nor was it protected against rodents. I don't know what other people had in their units, but the mice feces just appeared and I don't know why. It was disgusting and hazardous to health. The people that previously worked in the office were not really helpful or customer-service oriented. But, when I moved out, I found this newer staff to be courteous and helpful.
