I had a very disappointing experience at this U-Haul storage location. I took the train to get there so I could reserve a truck, but when I arrived there were no clear directions on where customers should line up. When I asked for help, the staff, unfortunately, were unprofessional and did not seem trained in customer service. There may be a slight language barrier, but professionalism and courtesy were still lacking. My first visit here was actually positive. A gentleman helped me secure my storage unit and vehicle and he was very polite and helpful. However, the staff currently working did not provide that same level of service and did not seem willing to assist. In addition, there are not enough carts available for customers to move items to and from the storage units, which makes the process very inconvenient. The elevator situation also needs improvement. Because of these issues, I would not recommend this location at this time. Address 370 orange street Newark nj 07107.

The archaic and just no sense of empathy to anything that is going on with someone else is the reason why they are trash The facility doesn't have accessibility 24/7 and you can't even pay to get in there 24/7 Life doesn't work from 7:00 to 10:00 Life is 24/7 I should never have to worry about trying to get to my items
