Great experience very clean and well lit. Also very convenient for moving out with the storage and U-Haul being connected. The staff were always polite and very helpful either on the phone or in person.

However finding roaches is very unsettling, those things can find a way into the most carefully sealed box. Seeing them in the elevator. Made me want to move my belongings out as soon as possible. I realize they can only control what people store to a point. But a more aggressive plan to control pest would be a definite plus.

FEDRICK J | First ImpressionsThe staff disrespectful the manager of the store disrespectful they don’t answer calls they are rude I will never rent from that store and I will never send no one to that location they need a whole new team except Josh and one other female other then that get rid of the whole staff including the manager she think she owns everything and they put fees on your account and it’s not fair could not wait to move my belonging out of there and they just put anything under people name without proof gonna leave a review to BAD MANAGEMENT
