I was wrongfully charged an extra month for my storage unit and the staff. Wouldn’t acknowledge that they gave me conflicting stories and were able to refund me my money
Ryan G | Overall ExperienceLastimosamente tendría que decir que es un personal inepto irresponsable que no sabe ni respetar a la gente hay dos mujeres que trabajan ahí de aspecto dominicano que lastimosamente no deberían estar ahí brindando ese servicio la empresa es muy buena pero personal como ellos lastimosamente lo hacen quedar muy mal he venido trabajando por mucho tiempo con U-Haul pero con esta atención y falta de respeto lastimosamente me veré obligado a utilizar otras empresas similares no recomiendo tener ese servicio con ese tipo de personas

DLCIE S | Overall ExperienceThe automatic doors never worked. One time we had to move our things via the stairwell due to this. The employees took forever to come when called over the hallway phone. People would just leave things in the halls. The employees were extremely slow in the office. Waiting in line for 30 mins is crazy. I paid my bill and was then charged a lien fee AFTER my unit was paid in full! I called the store about this and was on hold for an hour. I stayed on hold and called from another phone and was transferred to corporate. THEY then transferred me to the store and they picked up immediately. Meanwhile, I'm still on hold on my other phone. I told the employee about the charge and he said he would look into it and call me back in 15 minutes. It's been a week and I still haven't received a callback or refund. I was still on hold on the first phone when I ended the call with the employee. I also received an email WHILE ON THE PHONE with the employee saying I need to pay. I had already completed the moveout procedure WITH PHOTOS via the app the day prior. I had already returned my key card to the front desk. How is this not in your system? Why am I being charged for a unit I don't even possess anymore?! This place is the worst and I will NEVER store my belongings here.

maribel r | First ImpressionsThe facility is expensive and the doors were frequently broken. Other doors were always available but the units were not large enough and my unit had an obstruction in size.

NIKKIYA L | Overall ExperienceI just wanted a person only say thank you to each and every one of you and to the management for being such an amazing team I just want to say that some of the customers are just atrocious and some of those customers just really don't need to be using the U-Haul premises but you are amazing and I do appreciate all that you have done for me and all that you have helped me with as far as my storage and my truck and all and everything thanks so much and stay amazing y'all are a great team.
