They work slow and don’t seem to care about anyone’s needs. And that manager is rude, nasty, uneducated and most importantly unprofessional and not qualified to hold that position. Do better.

JANENE D | First ImpressionsThe Orange street team is more interested in making a sale over being descriptive. When asked about price differences and explanations to such, there is anger before understanding. I was a customer who was renting a truck and a unit, the rental was a success. Upon me finding out that I was going to get charged for a price that wasn’t posted, I inquired and was met with a rushed explanation that didn’t make sense as I was trying to move units. I had more than enough to cover the process but when first rented with my truck that was properly returned , I was told that two different sized units were the same price and that mines was priced differently because of location. This was not explained upon the initial purchase or in a contract as stated. I brought it to their attention and was basically kicked out and called stupid for something I was about to be charged for with a fickle explanation. I was also charged anyway and given a 72 hour vacancy letter that said I had illicit materials in my possession, which wasn’t true. I have made multiple complaints about this and I won’t be paying any fees. I’d also still like this handled properly with the person who wrote me a fake breach of contract letter. I cleared the storage unit weeks ago however, I want to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
