ALEXANDER C | First ImpressionsCustomer service and management need better training and people skills. The phones ring off the hook, most of the time I was placed on hold for longer than 5 minutes. They work slow and don’t seem to care about anyone’s needs. And that manager is rude, nasty, uneducated and most importantly unprofessional and not qualified to hold that position. Do better.
