Had a unit here for about 3 years. Loved the carts & the bay garage. Very clean unit & bathroom. Literally no complaints. Only weird thing, was one time, I was fully up to date on payments, and they put a lock & tag on my unit. I was very confused and I needed something in there. No one was in the office. I called customer service.... and there was NO manager of the location at the time. Customer service was like woah, sorry, you're not late on payments and we have no one to contact for you because there is no manager. I had to come all the way back and have someone take the mistaken lock off for me. No compensation or anything.
