I wish someone would've offered to take me to look at the unit we rented. When we arrived with all of our belongings, we found that our unit was full of ductwork and a concrete pillar. We were able to switch to another unit with no ductwork and a smaller portion of the concrete pillar. We switched units which was great then I received a call the next day saying that the paperwork was not completed.

Carolyn B | Online Move InI would never recommend anyone store their belongings at this facility. My unit was broken into and my personal belongings were stolen and vandalized in the middle of the day. U-haul did absolutely nothing about it, even though I called the police and obtained the security footage proving that it wasn’t me. My lock was cut with a battery powered angle grinder which can clearly be seen in the video footage. I had to clean out the unit and throw away all of my damaged and broken belongings and never received any kind of help or compensation.
