MARK L | Overall ExperienceOnly issue I had was that sometimes the card that was used to get a secure access to unlocking the storage unit wouldn't work, and I would end up needing to have a staff's assistance to get that access without setting the security alarm off, lol! Other than that; my experience with using the storage unit went fine.

JOEY Y | Overall ExperienceThe raising of prices every couple of months is out of hand and it obviously shows the taking advantage of people is continually increasing along with price gouging from all entities across the country.
Steven F | Overall ExperienceAll was good, but my only complaint would be having to get a "blue key" every time I needed to get into my unit outside. The office hours were inconvenient for that. I'd recommended maybe doing a coded lock box or something to deal with the blue keys in the future. When I had the inside storage though, everything was great. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. I only left due to the blue key thing, but other than that, all was great.
