Dana B | Overall ExperienceI made my reservation with Robert. Even though I asked for an indoor unit, I was assigned a container. Arrived at the location after 5 p.m. My unit number did not exist. Another employee who was still hanging around after work called Robert and Robert told him to tell me there was nothing they could do. I had to make another reservation for an indoor unit. Had no idea what building it was in. When we finally found it, the alarm went off for a good 15 min after I put in my entry code even though I also disarmed it. No lock in my unit as advertised so it sat unlocked overnight until I could get a hold of someone in the morning. All the meanwhile I was paying my mover $155/hour with about an hour wasted. I would like that amount compensated towards my unit or a refund for that amount. It was an awful situation all around. If I'm missing anything bc the unit has to sit unlocked I'm going to sue UHaul.
