The manager at this location was beyond kind and understanding. He deals with a bunch stuff he shouldn’t have to. I paid way too much due to the hours, I would have left sooner but I could not because I work during there availability. I lost 800 dollars. But the manager was real and kind.

This was done several times to customer service and then I was advised to send a message to the manager of the location. I left one voicemail and sent one emai and never received a response or a refund. I never even entered my unit and cancelled it the day I ordered it, upon finding out it was not a drive up unit.
