These people were awesome. I was going through a lot financially and they did everything in their power to help me out. Kelley even stayed late to open the gate for me and wait for me to get my items. They let me settle on a great price and even were willing to let me get my important items out if I was unable to pay my unit. I have done business at other uhaul but these people here truly know what customer service is and how to help people out. They were always super friendly and patient. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family.
Jacky C. | Overall ExperienceThe reason I moved out was because my stuff was covered in rat feces. Some of my belongings was destroyed with the rats biting on some items. Which I have yet to be reimbursed for (as per facility management) I have photos and videos of the insane amounts of dropping. Also the ceiling installation was torn and dust was all over my items. You may want to step up the pest control in this branch.

Yesterday the temperature, measured by a heat sensor was over 97 degrees. This is ridiculous for what is supposed to be a climate controlled storage unit. My stuff may as well been outside. In addition to that the gate to enter which requires a code is often open. The control box on the inside of the gated area is broken. The facility is also dirty. Why are you charging climate controlled price when it's not and not fixing problems brought to your attention???
