The only comment I have is that there were no carts available when I move into my storage locker. I waited for an hour and a half, and there were people who had carts occupied, but they were not using them.
CRAIG B | First ImpressionsJoshua was very rude and very unprofessional I didn't appreciate his tone of voice with me and he was not helpful at all after the fact that they called me to come get my stuff out of storage when I got there there was another lock on my storage my lock had been took off and Joshua told me there was no way for him to cut the other lock off of my storage it's not what you say it's how you say it and he was very very very rude I would not recommend this stores to no one if they have to deal with Joshua

There was rats and feces and urine all over my boxes damage to my boxes Was eaten through and sewing machine wires was chewed through. I had to throw out the majority of my things due to the bacteria, the rats carry And now that I heard about this new virus going on that comes from rodents and U-Haul has done nothing to help with the situation I pay for damages, and I did not get anything back, they did nothing to help me.Worst place ever the Winter Park Florida storage unit.

marcel c | Overall ExperienceThere were a lot of issues with getting me assigned a unit which I had pre-reserved. It felt like they really didn’t have a grasp on which units were already occupied. Also, the facility only has one loading/unloading dock and some of the units are very far away from the dock. This situation is not suitable for my household goods…I need easier access for unloading/loading my items.

EDIL M | First ImpressionsI have been trying to talk to someone about my unit. #2203 in my x husbands name who lives in Thailand. After visiting every month to ensure it was paid for and making sure my contact information was on my unit if the account was not paid - my belongings were almost auctioned. I was out of town and had to call this month and I learned the receipts I had for each month payment were no good. My x husband FINALLY put my unit under a contract with my name after I paid 80 in fees and 3 194.95 monthly payments which included the “free month” of March on my contract. see receipts numbers 228348 and 228244 please.
